Agus D. Prasetyo

Managing Partner

Agus has ten-year stretch of experience in the industry. He has been applauded for successfully assisting his long-list domestic and foreign clients. He is an expert in bankruptcy and debt restructuring, company reorganization, liquidation and closed-down business. In addition to his negotiation and problem-solving skills, Agus is also a savvy litigator who is never shy away to face opposite lawyer in courtroom. He is notable attainments including successfully assisting a PSC contractor as debtor in court-supervised restructuring (PKPU) proceedings, resulting ratification of settlement agreement, successfully assisting and representing a multinational oil and gas company in facing lawsuit on its working area, advising, and accompanying a multinational company as the investigatee in preliminary investigation conducted by Jakarta High Attorney Office (HGO) on allegation of corruption in Indonesia Deepwater Development (IDD) project, successfully assisting a subsidiary of Indonesia state-owned enterprise as debtor in PKPU proceedings that was agreed by majority creditors and ratified by Jakarta commercial court. In addition, Agus also assisted numerous clients with multiple disputes that were settled outside court. Agus is familiar with various industries, including oil and gas, banking and finance, project and construction, digital media advertising, general mining, distributorship and agency, insurance, textile and garment, trading, web-based, and technology company, etc After a long spell honing his lawyering skills at several law firms in Jakarta, Agus was aspired to start his own firm by establishing ADP Counsellors at Law in 2019. Starting his own firm meaning he is able to transmit his values and lawyering skills to a younger generation. Agus is a member of Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) and Indonesian Receivers and Administrators Association (AKPI).

Wahyu Sugiarto

Associate

Wahyu focuses on commercial litigation, employment, bankruptcy, and corporate matters. One of the remarkable cases he has handled is an alleged corruption case involving state-owned bank. At the firm, Wahyu is involved in handling general corporate matters and commercial litigation. Wahyu is a member of the Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI).

R. Febriarto Fadjar

Associate

Febri focuses on criminal law, specifically white-collar crimes such as fraud, corruption, and money laundering. He obtained his Bachelor Degree from Universitas Pelita Harapan. During his studies, he was very active in the moot court organization where he participated and won several national level competitions such as the Frans Seda Cup, Konservasi Cup, and the Mahkamah Agung Cup. Hani Adila Faza

Associate

Hani joined ADP Counsellors at Law as a trainee associate in 2021 and was made an associate shortly thereafter. She is acknowledged by the firm as a passionate and promising lawyer who engages in general corporate and commercial matters. Her interests are including General Corporate and Commercial, Merger and Acquisition (M&A), and Intellectual Property (IP). At the firm, she involves in various general corporate and commercial matters as well as assisting domestic, multinational, and foreign companies, including but not limited to advising day-to-day business, commercial transactions, and any other various cases. Prior to joining ADP Counsellors at Law, she obtained her bachelor degree from Faculty of Law Universitas Padjadjaran with a Cum Laude Predicate where she published various scientific journals and participated in Harvard National Model United Nations 2020. During her tenure, had been featured as Hukumonline's 50 NexGen Lawyers 2023 and represented ADP Counsellors at Law in several domestic and cross-border transactions. Her several remarkable cases were assisting a Subsidiary of State-owned Enterprises in a metal sale purchase transaction with one of the largest worldwide manufacturers companies based in Japan, assisting one of the largest Indian multinational Engineering Procurement Constructions (EPC) company on its power-plant transactions in Indonesia, assisting a worldwide over-the-top subscription media in its transaction to promote their newest television series in Indonesia, and assisting a national company in establishing a new cosmetic brand collaborated with one of the well-known legend actor in Indonesia.

Rasya Mifta Sumbogo

Associate

Rasya is a bright young lawyer that has joined the firm early this year. She focuses on corporate matters, international trading, mining and environmental law and infrastructure. Rasya has immediately adapted to the firm and been entrusted to handle various projects. One of her recent attainment was advising a subsidiary state-owned enterprise in acquisition of offshore company based in Malaysia. Rasya obtained her bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Law at Universitas Indonesia. She graduated with a Cum Laude predicate while actively involved in organizations and competitions. She accomplished a law degree in the studies of environmental law and natural resources law and successfully wrote and defended a thesis on the topic of the Reclamation Guarantee Fund as an Economic Instrument in the Mineral and Coal Mining Sector in Indonesia. She had won a national legal opinion competition held by the Faculty of Law at University of Trisakti and placed third out of fifty-two delegates with a specific topic of corruption through the capital market inside a state-owned enterprise.
